How do y’all feel about the clock running almost continuously. I personally don’t like it. I know we were not coming back last night but I feel it changes the whole game if you go out of bounds and that still does not stop the clock. Also takes away a mental side the players no longer have to think about staying in or going out. Curious if I am the only one?

Sucks. We get less football and more commercials.

Why mess with it? It was much better than the NFL way...

More commercials. It was nothing like baseball.

Baseball games actually went by faster. Now you’ve got longer TV timeouts. It’ll completely suck the energy out of stadiums. Sucks all around

Clock stops when a player runs out of bounds to reset the chains like it always has. It has always restarted once the ball was set. The 1st down stoppage is the only difference. And even then, the clock would start once the ball is set in years past. Game isn’t losing many plays.

I don’t think the clock used to start until after the snap when they went out of bounds.
