“ My grandmother Is getting better each and every day & I thank God for that ..... I miss football ....”

Would be HUGE for d line depth if he opts back into the season

I don't know what the chances are for him opting back in, or if it's even an option...but I can tell you from experience...

When you have a family member really sick during this pandemic, you don't want to do anything even though it would help keep your mind busy. Once that family member starts to improve and you see a light at the end of the tunnel, you get a big, big itch to get back to what you know to get back to normalcy.

Not sure what the opt in rules are, but I'm glad his grandmother is doing better and I want him to do what he feels best for his family and future.

Once you opt out, can you opt back in for the same season? Idk.

Yes, at any point.

They basically said since eligibility isn't wasted this year, players can opt in and out as they please.

It’s going to be wild after about midway into the season once the CFP picture starts to take form.

Pretty sure there’s no restrictions on it. They’ve already granted everyone an extra year of eligibility
