Be patient. Wait till one day before or the day of the game, then rooms might become available. Hotels tend to drop their 3 day minimum stay.

French Quarter Laquinta Inn still has some rooms I believe. This is where I'll be. Going to both the Saints and Nat'l Champ game!!!

It's $379 Saturday night and $409 Sunday and Monday nights. If they have a minimum it would be two nights because i had it booked for Sunday and Monday until I got Saints tickets then i booked the Saturday night.

Yea not cheap but probably the cheapest you will find actually around the dome.
