Need Help Identifying Helmet- updated with a second helmet on pg 2

Attached are pictures of a claimed game used helmet that I am looking at purchasing. I questioned the seller if there were any marking on the inside of the helmet that would help to identify if it was actually game used. He said there was an I.D. Strip with "11 Ware" on the inside. I know that LSU is known to place label identifiers on the inside of helmets. The issue that I have is Spencer Ware is known for wearing Schutt Air XP helmets and not Riddell Revo helmets. Does anyone know if Ware ever worn a Riddell helmet? Any other information to help authenticate this helmet would be helpful.

It's in pretty good condition for a used helmet especially for Ware. His helmets should take a beating. Do they normally polish the helmets before they are sold?

I was told that it was reconditioned. New paint etc...

Also a google image search on spencer ware 2011 shows none of him wearing that facemask (look at the curved part closest to the ear hole).

Reconditioning a game used item would decrease the value, huge red flag.

Reconditioned my arse. LSU dosent recondition helmets. That helmet is fake as they come. Decals are off, Facemask is too dark and glossy, and that number decal isn't even close. Tell theat seller to frick off.

Anything more than 100-125 is too much imo...not a game used item imo.

If it is real, why would you want to buy a reconditioned game used helmet? You would want to have the scratches and wear and tear show.

I'm sure they do between games, but they typically don't before they sell them.
