Tom Herman's offense on display on National Television coming up at the top of the hour. Also get the added bonus of Mack Brown calling it.

Holy shite... a QB that can manage a game. An offense that can move the ball... I'd forgotten what that's like...

it was. they're thin at rb and lost the starting qb early in the season. they had 4 turnovers, but didn't quit while down 20-3 int he 4th quarter, lost by 3 points.

i'm intersted in seeing how herman's defense does against navy's option. will show what he can do with a week of prep for a completely different type of offense.

Really nice opening drive. Came out with some tempo, gave the D different looks to think about. Greg Ward the QB took the opportunities to move the ball that was there and also use his legs when needed

I read on Wikipedia that Herman is a member of Mensa.

quote:

A member of Mensa International, Herman earned his B.S. in Business Administration from California Lutheran in 1997 where he was a cum laude graduate. He was a Presidential Scholarship recipient. At California Lutheran he was an All-Southern California Athletic Conference wide receiver. He also earned a Masters of Education from Texas. [3]

Damn.

Brandon Harris would likely be first-team All-America in that offense.

If Herman does come here, he better get a good DC and leave the one he has at Houston
