Louisiana has produced a lot of Super Bowl champs lately. It's a great time to be in LA football.

And congrats to the D-Ville guys too. Great to see more guys from the Bayou areas winning championships at the next level.

World Champion

I never realized any team from outside the United States played in the NFL.

They are called World Champs because any body from around the world can play in the NFL, but the vast majority of the players are American.

The NBA, NFL, and MLB can try to rationalize that the teams that win these respective leagues are "World Champs" all they want...but I'm not buying it. Since any student can enroll in college and play in the NCAA, shouldn't those be world championships as well?

I'm not buying this either. I cringe every time they use term "world champions". It is called American football for a reason - sure there are NFL rosters with players "technically" from other countries, but to call yourself a world champion is a stretch.
