Canada? Fail
Ensminger? Fail
Creggs? Fail
Joseph? Fail

Robinson? Fail on recruiting trail and mediocre at RB
Sullivan? Underwhelming
Busch? Juries still out but Delpit is only real selling point

McMahon? Return game has been horrid and Tracy needed basically no coaching

Name one above average hire by Orgeron since he’s been hired?

I’m beginning to think Ed is hard to get along with, which is why Ensminger was brought back.

I don't like any of them, but people will give him credit for getting Aranda to stay. That was huge.

I don't like those hires though.

Cregg has performed a minor miracle considering the lack of talent on the OL and injuries.
He looks like he is upgrading the talent on the OL through recruiting.

Sorry I don't buy this.
We recruited those guys so they had to have some level of average to good talent. I've seen G5 conference programs with better production from the o-line. Pass protection has been pitiful.
Cregg was not a major get.

Orgeron has been awful at putting together a quality staff. Any CEO or manager knows you hire the best talent you can find. You delegate, give them the tools they need and let them do their job. You evaluate them based on their production. Joseph is taking up space. Sullivan? I haven't seen improvement in the passing game based on the WR play.

I hate the you for making me defend Orgeron, but special teams has be superb this year. Except for the punt return game. Retaining Aranda would be considered a hire and was huge. I think Bush was a good hire as well, we have little to no blown coverages with safeties our of place.

Benjamin gets credit for Aranda staying... lots and lots of credits.

Look taking an Alabama whipping changes your viewpoint. Don’t over react to it. They can make a lot of programs look bad. I think our coaching staff is good but we could use a new offensive philosophy! One that develops a better passing game.

Busch and McMahon were good hires. Sullivan was/is a good rental. Jury still out on Cregg.

Maybe in past experiences. I've seen nothing but drops and poor separation while here.

Our oline is garbage. I think the verdict is in that he's not that great.

Which one is the special teams coach? Heard a radio guest say the guy is great at finding ST players. Mentioned the kickers and one from Auburn that got no pub but is really good.

McMahon was a great hire. Cole Tracy and Atkins are both studs and wouldn't be here without McMahon

So 1 of 2 safeties showed drastic improvement since last year.

Our special teams has been light years better since last year. We have one the special teams battle in just about every game this year. You are just making shite up to fit your narrative

Kick coverage was never an issue for LSU teams. Tracy is a ringer brought in that really needed no coaching. Atkins is a guy that is simply kicking off. Good pick up but let’s not act like what he does takes great coaching.

McMahon’s special teams on the Saints were notorious for shirt return games, and he’s brought that to LSU.

For Busch, all the other safeties have either regressed or shown now real improvement. Battle has been awful this season. Delpit has been great but one player improving while the rest do nothing doesn’t really make a case for Busch. Jury is out on him but it’s not looking like a great hire.

OL players that we’re good last year have been awful this year. Cregg has never been successful anywhere if note as the head guy. Doesn’t matter if he recruits the best talent if it can’t be developed at all. Name one player on the OL that has clearly improved?

Sullivan is a big name for nfl coaching but has done little outside of Jefferson. When it is one player it is likely not coaching. It is coaching when a unit improves with a bunch of players like CB/DB under Raymond historically and LBer has Under Aranda.

O was in no way a reason Aranda was retained. It cost a shitton to keep him which was absurd even if deserved. Money kept hi. Hear and supposedly s promise of a first shot at taking over once O flames out.

Again, no hire has been great.
