My son and I got section 19, 40 yard line UCLA (shaded) side 1/3 of the way up on StubHub. $325 each. Price is steep, but if I go to an LSU or Eagles game, if I don't have GREAT seats, I prefer watching at home.
With the way the seats appear to go back and not up in the Rose Bowl, if you are halfway up or higher, you probably feel a million miles away. It doesn't make sense to me to spend $1500 each on hotel, car, plane and spending money while there to settle on mediocre seats for the game. To each his own.

Mine also. I never get good tickets from LSU so now I just buy away game from secondary market. It’s worth the price to me
