He’s our #1 guy! CEO pulled him in the office and told him he was going to let the younger guys have their day. At this point Coach O knows and Brennan knows he’s the starter but they are keeping it between the two of them.

It was obvious Brennan wasn’t trying to shine and was playing very casual. I don’t have an issue with CEOs decision to line the QBs up like he did.

At the end of the day Finley transfers and Nuss red shirts this season!

Brennan #1
Johnson #2
Nuss #3 once Finley transfers

Your welcome

No. Something is wrong with his throwing motion. Doesn’t look the same anymore, Johnson is your starter.

Not starting the spring game is a pretty odd way to tell him he’s the starter.

Before the game I might have agreed.

After the game...Max is the starter. Period.

Why are you do adamant that Brennan is the starter? Max is the answer short and long term.

So you’re going to give Max the starting job based on a half arse type performance they put forth in the Spring game where the athletes are playing at 50-75%?

That’s why you don’t coach

Talent wise I believe Max has huge upside but all factors considered including playing in the SEC I think Brennan’s leadership and experience in addition to his talent and amd learning a year under Burrow all factor in as to why he will get the call.

Nothing against Johnson he’s definitely put up a strong fight but overall Brennan can be a better asset in winning

Some of you guys can create controversy over a shoe string. Watch the video of Saban addressing this with a reporter and there is your answer

I believe Brennan should start. He’s capable enough and it’s good for team psychology in the long run. Max will get his chance again this year. Why? Unfortunately the probability of Brennan getting hurt again is higher than your normal starting college QB.

I hope so. Brennan played well enough last year to have his shot. It would be the ultimate spit in the face for them to do him like that when he worked his arse off and couldve transfered two years ago. Im just happy Max will be a capable backup if Brennan goes down.

If that’s the case then I don’t want Brennan anywhere near the starting job. Why would anyone want a QB who plays casual?

Wrong. Max is better than brennan and will start, brennan will be playing elsewhere next year. You guys trying to make brennan happen are hopeless. Thinking he tried not to shine? The dumbest thing i ever heard. And IF it was the case, then he isnt the leader tou think he is.

Lmao your opinion is shite and your not welcome.

Don't know who the starter will be, but I can guarantee you, your dumb opinion isn't anywhere near what transpired lmao.
