My Contribution to the Rant and BR

My name is Cornell,

I am a 2004 LSU graduate and die-hard Tiger fan. I am here to offer my contribution in anticipation of the upcoming season.

If you follow, watch, or support prep football in the New Orleans area (or any of the surrounding parishes), then you may have seen me on TV at some point over the past decade, as I’ve created the music for the Friday Night Football Show.

During this summer, an agreement was arranged to provide some custom music for our games. I am posting a link that will lead you to a free download of one of the songs (of course these won’t be free forever, or I wouldn’t have a business ;-).

This is my gift to my fellow Tigers, especially those great people who provide the Rant as a meeting place for all those who love this team. I’m hoping this post can be stickied for a week, so that we are all ready for Wisconsin. I know of no better place to reach Tiger Fans than here on this forum.


P.S.

Please know that I am of a different breed, as I have no want for “stardom.” Most people who know me, have no clue that I make music, because I am not one to talk about it or seek attention because of it. I make music because I love to make it. Not because I want to be famous. I recently had to learn how to use Instagram ;-), I very seldomly log onto facebook,, and I’ve probably averaged two tweets a year. I’m always too busy loving on my wife and my daughter.



Point is, I’m not here asking for your attention or your money. I’m here prepping you for what is to come this year in Tiger Stadium. In my years as a member of this board, I’ve never made reference to my true identity, or the fact that I was a musician. I live well, and I love my Tigers. I’ve made “Baton Rouge” free for a limited time. I am making this announcement through this site only. As it is the only site I trust and frequent for all things LSU.
