That's weird. Some gump on the SEC rant was claiming Bama had the most.

Yes and it sucks that so much talent wore the purple and gold yet not even a whiff of an SEC championship since 2011.

Saw that too. The SEC Network count is 50 for some reason and that is where I pulled the graphic.

The numbers can fluctuate day-to-day right now with NFL roster changes.

Last week a Philadelphia writer posted an article on 5 reasons to watch the Eagles last preseason game.

I commented there were 6 reasons for me to watch and listed all 6 Tigers I knew were on the roster.

He corrected me and said Ron Brooks had just been cut, so I was back down to 5.

His was that Bama had the most on active opening week roster and it was only 2 ore than LSU

Just like any gump, cherry picking stats. This list includes all players including practice squad, IR, etc

Apparently this number has been updated to 51. Check into it.
