The most intimidating moment came when Arizona came to town and proceeded to get cute and stomp on the Eye..........Opening series Tyson Jackson almost killed their QB and the rest as they say was history.

great post - I agree

I would love to recapture that incredible feeling from the GA game. Even their coach said it was the loudest he has ever heard a stadium and it was right after they had scored!

Some of the games that I have watched in person...

2007 Virginia Tech should be somewhere there. And we did take them to the woodshed!

2006 Arizona - Not a ranked team...but we were nasty and Tuitama probably was thinking about taking a knee just to be not hit.

The Auburn game where Auburn got a unsportsmanlike for stomping the EYE before the game. Then we onsided... recovered...scored a TD.. then kicked off and Michael Clayton WAXED the return guy and he was OUT.

Barkevious Mingo chasing down LaMichael James of Oregon in the backfield in an epic top 5 Tiger Stadium matchup. At that moment, the crowd went nuts, Oregon knew they really weren't fast at all and they knew they'd never escape Death Valley alive.

The Georgia game not after the TD run but when they had to put freshman DJ Shockley in at QB backed up on their own 2 yard LINE. the driveman has never seen a someone so rattled in his LIFE. he was taken out within 3 plays

When Tebow started from the LSU NEZ coming off the concussion and the whole stadium came down on him and he muffed the first snap. That was intimidating.

i still think the USC score announcement was the highest energy moment in tiger stadium.

Blocked kick vs Bama 2008

^Loudest single moment in TS history right here^

Although it does suck the way it ended.

We've all witnessed how those Tigers dominate when the crowd takes over the game. It's like a feeding frenzy.

That 10 minute stretch in the 3rdQ against Auburn in 2011.

God that was awesome

Don't steal my post. I always say the 10 minute stretch at from the end of the 2nd through the beginning of the 3rd against Auburn in 2011 is the best I've ever seen LSU play football.

I remember (in a game we ended up losing) playing florida in 2009. We made Tebow call a time out on the opening drive.

I was pretty impressed by that.

We lost like 13-3. And their TD was a bullshite offensive pass interference where Riley Cooper grabbed the CB by the back of his jersey and pulled him behind him. And then caught a TD over the top.

When UGA scored on the screen, the stadium just got pissed then louder! It was loud from kickoff to the end that day; I literally couldn't make a damn sound the next day, my body and voice was done.

I may have never had more fun in Tiger Stadium than that 10 minute stretch in the 3rd quarter. We were up 7-3 with 5 minutes left in the 2nd quarter and the crowd was At the 7:00 minute mark of the 3rd quarter we were up 42-3 and the crowd was going nuts when Auburn had the ball.

Jarvis Landry on those kickoff hits. Immediately followed by Ron Brooks with a pick 6. I have never seen a team tuck it's tails under their legs and beg for mercy like Auburn that day. That wanted no more!!! Can we please run the clock out and go home.
