Things actually looked easy for once in the second quarter. Just completing a pass or getting any sort of offense looked like pulling teeth with Harris in. Some things started to look easy as they should against that level of competition.

He was off in the second half but at least there is some hope for improvement now.

And I think we can put the idea to rest that Cameron can't call plays. That offense looked night and day from what we've seen the last 2 years. Hopefully Les doesn't revert to his old ways once we get Fournette back.

Would've been better without all the drop passes...

Oh I know. I'm just glad he played well for a stretch.

Sure. He was a bit long on the play to guice though. He was so open I'd rather see him under throw it and let guice run after the catch

I was really impressed with his decision making skills. The INT was not a bad decision. It was underthrown, yes, but the DB played it perfectly and Dupre is soft.

The fumble was something I can overlook as well. The guy hasn't played in awhile. I'll let him get his pocket awareness back even though he did look good with stepping up in the pocket instead of sideways like Harris always does.

I saw plenty of positive things to get excited about.

Really? Why then?
We are now 3-3 in our last 6 games. That includes a win over the worse defense in division 1 football and an FCS opponent and a VERY VERY bad TAMU offense.

We are 5-7 the last 2 years in the West.

He really did.

But I watched the State game side by side with the LSU game and they have a very nice front 7 and I'm not sold on our oline just yet. A caveat to that just not sure how awful SC is, I suspect really awful.

He's saying our fan base is racist and like Etling because he's white. What an idiot.

Guice should have caught it.......from horses mouth. I think it would have been a pretty difficult catch. TIFWIW

It is what it is but we haven't played an sec game yet this season so seems irrelevant to this season. Or you could just jump off the ledge already loser.

I agree that intermediate passing rose it's not so ugly head in Q2 only to have it back to the ole heave it to the pylon again in the 2nd half. I was somewhat encouraged by the use of the TE.

I don't understand for the life of me why Miles and Cameron won't put in a few quick hitters for their QBs for get their feet under them. It seems to be either an off tackle handoff/pitch or a big hitter pass with these guys.

Miles just can't let any of his teams hit a stride for multiple quarters. Once LSU has a lead of any kind, he reverts to the ultra conservative bullshite he has been pulling since his tenure started.

Literally the very first play of the game was a quick easy throw to Williams.

They're doing exactly what you want them to do and you're still complaining

He sucks and fans like you don't want what's best for MY school troll.
