So the football program has had something like a 22 million dollar profit every year, over the past 10 years or so.
Is most of that money spent or donated to academics or other athletic departments?
Or do we have a 220 million dollar fund sitting somewhere?
They could have been planning for a buyout (which seems like a wise decision when you're handing out 5 year extensions like you would flyers to Fred's Saturday night bash), but were they?

it gets spent on something, other programs, facilites, bribes...whatever it takes to keep the program a non-profit public university

Well some is definitely used to support the other athletics. I would assume quite a bit was used on the expansion of the south endzone.

just about every other sport loses money. Basketball and baseball are probably near breakeven/slightly profitable. so the football profits are used to fund gymnastics, golf, tennis, swimming, diving, soccer

It's spent on other athletics, the academics and expansion projects like for example the new south end zone
