Do they throw him Saturday on 4 days rest or save him for Sunday? Making Saturday a must win with Lange on the mound and their ace set for Sunday start

We play Saturday Sun Monday
Gonna be Lange, Poche, Walker like last 3 months.

There is no guarantee that Mississippi State won't crush Lange , and there is no guarantee that we won't crush their ace! Of course winning game one is always important but I don't view it as "must win" just because State isn't throwing their ace until Sunday!
I absolutely don't like facing a team that we swept at their place during the season, but I think that Lsu will be ready!

Edited. My bad. So they are gonna throw their ace on 4 days rest. He pitched first game against USM for 9 innings and threw 124 pitches.

Our ace is Pilkington who pitched against UIC the first game Sunday. The guy who went 9 innings against USM had never gone more than 5 innings before that game.
None of our pitchers are very good, so I'm not sure it will matter who pitches when.
