Yep. As far as I understand, the strike zone on an NFL QB these days is below the belly button and above the belt. Defensive players are also prohibited from raising their voices at them or otherwise hurting their feelings.

Kind of. You can't high/low a QB and you can't lunge at a QBs knees from the ground. Both good rules
