Les needs to be paid 50K per regular season game (win or lose)... double that if we win the West... double again if we win the SEC.. and double again if we win the NC. No long term contracts, no other bullshite.

Be honest with yourself - any coach capable of being competitive in the SEC is worth more than 600K a year.
I like the incentive based income concept, but that dog ain't gunna hunt in the SEC coaching market.

$80,000 a week divided by 7 days a week =$11,428.57 a day
$11,428.57 a day divided by 24 hours a day = $476.19 an hour
$476.19 an hour divided by 60 minutes an hour = $7.94 minute
$7.94 an minute divided by 60 seconds a minute = $0.13 per second.

Glad you aren't figuring my witholdings

If you think during the season it's only 8 hours a day, you're fooling yourself.

Also (and before you say it), with all the recruiting, booster, etc. going on, I'm sure the overall average is more than 8 hours a day.

Dreaux, YOU'RE AN IDIOT!!! Are you aware that the $ goes in front of the numbers? And if you really think that Miles on works 8 hrs per day then you are just plain stupid. Probably averages 12 or so hours per week, more during the season.
