My nephew is on the team right now and he tells me every time it's brought up that he has no idea why people think Les is EVER calling plays. He is heavily involved but his coordinators have the final say since they are the ones that break down the majority of the film. Your "source" is either bitter or you're full of shite. I'm leaning towards the latter.
