Little Nicky may not be the best coach in the Nation but he is a master at schedule making. Funny I don't see ULM on the schedule this year. Kent St. anyone?

Little Nicky doesn't make the SEC schedule, but you can bet he laps it up like the pussy he is.

Having the SEC office in B'ham certainly doesn't help, as well as a major recruiting service. Bama gets a pass on this season. I hope it's a headline too throughout their national championship run and subsequent 4th crystal ball.

An early season loss to A&M coupled with the Gumps running up the score on the patsies could result in a sentimental revolt against them amongst the sportscasters.

Also, this easy schedule will get in their heads. That might be worse for them than a worthy opponent.

This is why we actually play the games.

A&M has a pretty weak schedule against the East this year. SEC offices really looking out for the traditional SEC powers.

LSU, aTm, and 10 scrubs. You know things are easy when Ole Miss is your third-toughest game of the season.

Kentucky: 0-8, new coach
Auburn: 0-8, new coach
Tennessee: 1-7, new coach
Arkansas: 2-6, new coach
Ole Miss: 3-5
Miss St: 4-4, Mullen

In all fairness, VaTech fell apart last year, and I think it'll take Beamer another season to get back on track.

Playing a soft schedule is not going to make a team better. LSU had Bama beat sans one first down. It was clear that they were losing because they had not yet played full 4 quarters of football. 2011 Tiger team was best in regular season because they played and beat the best. Just hard to beat the best competition twice over.
