Miles and the 5th year

After this year Miles has 4 left on his deal. Coaches like the 5th year recruiting wise to sell a player on being here their entire time if redshirted. Just curious if he will ask for that extra year in an extension given the obvious climate that exist regarding his future? How would him not getting it possibly impact recruiting against us? do you think if he stays after this year he should be given that extra year if asked for? Lots of things to consider either way if he remains or leaves after this year.
