We talk on this board like we know these kids situations. I believe if mickey and martin were both to leave they would be ok in the league and develop. I was watching the duke documentary and those guys stayed 3-4 years because they wanted to accomplish something special and be remembered for being one of the greatest teams to touch the court at LSU. That aspect is loss in today's college game. I really believe they both should comeback and make a mark at LSU and do something really special for the school and the team. If they choose to leave We will all understand and respect their decisions. GEAUX TIGERS

Its a simple decision.
1. Play for free at lsu. Make all sec 1st team. Have lsu "fans"trash you and say good riddance when you dont make free throws.
2. Get paid to play.

-Mickey has already dropped his classes

-Someone in martins family thinks he's coming back
(Prob just emotion after just losing and will change his mind when the dust settles)

Their decision has zero to do with doing "something special". It's about playing pro ball. You're thinking about it from a fan's perspective. It's totally different for a player.

Martin is gone.

Mickey will never make it in the NBA. Too small and no perimeter and ball handling ability for his size.

Never is a strong word and I think he can make it in the league

Friend of mine I knew back in college told me yesterday Martin was 99% gone no matter what happened. He knows his family real well.

Wish Mickey could have dropped a few FT's first.

Good luck in Istanbul, I hear Turkish delight is yummy.

Both should stay... This is not the NFL. In the NBA 1st rounders don't make teams!

I wish them both the best of luck and respect their decisions, either way. But.....

....neither should have been allowed back on the plane until he could hit 5 straight free throws.
