Although Busby was safe on the SB, the pick and throw on Lange's curveball was a thing of beauty. The fact that he even made that play close at all was incredible

He seems to be the most consistent guy, lately, and solidifying the bottom of the order, and probably the spark to 17 in a row, TBH. He's hitting righties, and last night went yard switch hitting from the right on a dominant lefty. Dude's in a zone....

When all the moaning and crying was going on mid-season and I was among them on some counts, I could never understand why Pap was getting smeared (pap smeared I suppose).
His defense has never been bad at all, actually good since he got here. He drew walks more than anyone else. And historically Pap seems to come around when it counts.
I'd give anything if we had him coming back next year but I know he's got to follow the $.

It's not that hard to multi-task.
I think it is good to remind people of how idiotic they sound when they rail on certain players. Yes, Pap's average wasn't great for a good portion of the season....but yet the coaches still decided to run him out there every single day. Turns out the coaches might just be smarter than the internet arm chair QB's. The kid is a leader, a damned good defensive player, and a guy that makes those around him better. The coaches knew his bat would eventually come around. I'm glad they aren't knee-jerk reactionists like most of the posters here.

The op didnt want poster to apologize to the op. They wanted apologies to one of the best catchers in cbaseb.
