If Hill keeps putting up big numbers, especially in the Bama and A&M game he might get some love

As an LSU fan I thought he was great against Florida

Hill's numbers will never be big enough to overcome his off the field reputation to be considered seriously for the Heisman.

That knee brace is not helping his stock either. I think it will raise concerns for his draft status as well.

Heisman is maybe the most overrated award in sports. It used to be something great. Now it's popularity. Lately the Heisman winner has not been anything great at the next level. I had to stop watching th ceremony because its so much BS to give out one award.

quote:The Heisman rewards the top college football player for his accomplishments at the collegiate level. The college and pro games are quite different to the point where great collegiate players may only be weakly to moderately relevant pro contributors. Tebow was an incredible college athlete who performed at a very high level yet should never be considered as even a backup QB in the NFL. This does not denigrate the prestige of the Heisman Trophy; it demonstrates its real purpose, to champion the best collegian regardless of his potential at the next level.
