Mettenberger's bigger potential weakness will be knowing when to throw the ball away. Knowing when to make a play or when to throw the ball away. He will be ou there to prove something and he has swagger so he will have to check that at the door, avoid being cavalier and understand that throwing the ball away is just as important as making a play. If he can do this he will take us far. But if he forces things too often then turnovers could turn the tide and cost us a loss or two.

Kirk is alright but sometimes he takes an uniformed opinion and runs with it. Overall he is one of the better ones on ESPN.

I don't "hate on the guy", but his, "if Mett is so great why didn't he play more last yr", was pretty much a clueless type question considering LSU scored 500 pts and pretty much dominated, save one team, the hardest schedule in college football while Mett was learning his 3rd O in 3 seasons.
Overall, how can we get too upset with a discussion that picks us #1.
