Personal appearance matters when it comes to leadership- it isn't all about performance. Disagree with me? Name me a Fortune 500 CEO with a neck tattoo.
He represents my alma mater and I'd like to see him clean it up a little. I don't think there's anything wrong with wanting the leader of our football team to project a better image, especially after being dismissed from Georgia for groping a co ed.
