My boy Hayward stroking that 3. Reath may get pushed around some in SEC play, but he's something we need so badly

Reath showing some moves. Already way out of the John Odo realm. Aussie w/ the smooth stroke

Butt,

I guess those people that hated on Simmons last year will hate on Blakeney this year...

Reath playing well. He's got beat a couple times but looks pretty quick. Definitely better than last year's Robinson. Not sure how much Robinson has changed. He plays big and rebounds well.

Marshall Graves walked on?

That's surprising. Good for him.

Does anyone think we'll be better than last year? It sounds stupid when you lose a player like Simmons but with talented players like Blakeney, Victor, Sampson, and Mays, if this team finds an identity on offense and plays like a team (something we didn't see last year), why couldn't they do better than last year?

We finished 3rd in conference, not sure if we can expect better than that in conference. The team will definitely be good though.

They will be better.

A sum (or having one) will be greater than pieces and parts

I'll admit I posted without rechecking last years record, that will be hard to beat. We did have unacceptable non-conference losses that kept us from the tourney though. Clean those up and I think it will be an enjoyable year.
