Really?? Who has Bama played? We really don't know anything about their offense. I'll give them their D because of their past but have they been tested yet especially in an away game? Absolutely not, if this can be said about LSU and Auburn then it can also be said about Bama. They don't get a pass just because they are Alabama. It's time LSU puts a butt whipping on these guys we need to hit em where it hurts and get rid of this invincible complex everyone has of them.

they're the defending champs, on a 20-game winning streak, and have dominated everyone this year. i have no problem with what's being said.

it's up to LSU to end that talk on Saturday night.

I'm fine with them getting one. Saban's record with Bama is kind of impressive.

Didn't they only beat Ole Miss by like 5 points, up in the 40's for each?

People need to give bama their props and get over it. The have drummed pretty much anyone in their path. The game will be played on the field so lets just see what happens.

uhm they are clearly the best team in the nation...Idk why you would question them after seeing how they have disposed of their opponents

Yeah, but Ole Miss scored last. The game was well in-hand late. That last OM score made it appear closer than it was.

Just being honest here...

This is not last year. We have a new coach, new QB, and new defense. Our offense is evolving, therefore difficult to game plan for. Saturday night all questions will be answered.

I missed that game so I wasn't exactly sure how it went down. I know it was an early game and they have probably only progressed since, but it seems we beat that common opponent more handily.

I know I can't wait for Saturday. That's for sure.

I don't know that I'd necessarily agree with that. Tennessee turned out to be bad.

Ole Miss played them closer than they did us.

Auburn beat Arkansas by 32 points more than Alabama did (yes, i know ... transitive property and all).

A&M was actually up by a point in the 3rd quarter.

What we do know about Bama is that their D-line and front-7 are really good, and their secondary forces turnovers and often times turns them into points.

We know their offense is good but not great as a whole.

Special teams is great aside from Griffith, who always seems to play lights out against us.

I'd say we know more about Bama than we do LSU.

So because they have been dominate with 5 year QB's in the past we can all assume they will be the same offense with a freshman going up against one of the best defense's in the SEC at home? Ok forget I brought it up then. Looks like everyone is in agreement and it's a dumb argument.

Screw it, I'll take the seemingly unpopular side with you. I think they have clearly won most of their games because of defensive stops and being +4 in turnover margins. You clearly said the defense is good, but their offense is still unproven. I can agree with you on that.

I do give it up to Bama they have been dominate against average teams and so has LSU. All I'm saying is they will be tested in this game as will LSU. I mean y'all can down vote all you want it's a legitimate argument lol

the front seven is causing most of those turnovers by the secondary. otherwise I agree.

Yeah we have a bunch of know it all's in our fanbase and people love to pile on. Most of the time they are the ones that look uninformed. I'm not buying their hype on offense, clearly thier defense is great. It's been great for years and that won't change but they have holes we can exploit. That's all I'm saying.

Yeah everyone upvote the narrative, which has nothing to do with what I said. Ok let me say this again, I have no problem with what is said about LSU and Auburn bc it's the truth BUT you have to say the same thing about Bama's offense bc it's in the same boat. Every other year has NOTHING to do with this game that's dumb. I guess y'all would be the same ones saying it was a "fluke" if LSU beats Bama this weekend also. We can't even get respect from our own fanbase so how is anyone else going to respect this team. You people amaze me.

I regret that I only have one downvote to give.

Bama's defense has allowed 11 TDs and scored 9. So in 8 games, Bamas defense has allowed a net 12 points. If my math is correct, 12/8 = 1.5ppg.

Yeah, they deserve all the credit they are getting. LSU can do something about that Saturday.
