Maybe I'm the only person who likes to stand at games...

But I was shocked when I got a tug on my shirt from the guy behind me asking if I could sit down so they could see. This was in the 1st quarter when the Tigers were actually DOWN 3 points! My response of "are you serious?!?" was all I could come up with.

Am I the only person that thinks this was beyond inexcusable for ANY tiger fan? I mean my 4 and 8 year old kids were standing!!

After a long day of tailgating, you will always find me standing in Section 305!

Honestly, if you can't stand up at games, go home and watch on your tv.

They need designated "sit down" sections. Otherwise, you need to stand your arse up.

Some dude posted during the game that he got kicked out for standing.

I just don't get how anyone can be upset when others are up and cheering. It helps the team.

Some asshats behind us were bitching. We offered to switch seats, they declined, and we stayed standing.

"I payed for these tickets"

"So did we"

"I payed to watch the game"

"Then watch it at your house"

What's bad is when you get told to sit down when the rest of Tiger Stadium is on is feet yelling on third down. If you don't want to participate, STAY HOME!

I like to stand on defense. On offense, if the people in front of me sit, I sit. I have never, and will never, asked someone to sit in Tiger Stadium. I might ask them to stop elbowing/kicking/spilling things on me, but never to sit.

That's what makes it the best college venue in the nation, standing up and cheering our tigers to victory. If you want to sit down and watch the game stay at your house or watch it while tailgating. the nerve of some people.

Glad you enjoy being a douche at the games. I'm guessing the guy that asked you to sit was old. Sounds like you set a great example for your kids...

I like to stand, but if everyone else around me is sitting, I'll follow suit. I'll stand up and cheer when something happens, but I won't be that one guy that's constantly standing if no one else is.

Happened to me against Tulane in the Dome, couldn't believe it, didn't know what to say. We were fricking struggling against Tulane and this guy was acting like he was at the theater.

I was sitting with parents and uncles, etc. but I told the dude to frick off. Was probably closer to causing a fight than I thought at the time.

you're an idiot. Why do you think they call it a "seat". The people who design stadiums design them for 92,000 to have a place to SIT!!! Since you are only thinking about yourself, I'll enlighten you. Many older people have trouble standing up for 3 hours or 5 minutes. Maybe bad hips, knee, foot...whatever!!! They pay good money to go to the game also. I'm glad you know people who have gotten kicked out. They deserve it. Have a nice day !!

If they wanted you to stand ONLY, then there would be no seats.
There are a lot of old ticket holders that can't stand. Do you not have respect for them? If you stand move to the isle.

So stay home and watch it, you're ruining the experience for everybody else that doesn't whine!
