Seriously? I haven't said 1 word about Underwood.

For the record, I'm over the moon that this young man committed to LSU but yall are acting like the kid signed his letter of intent already. There is a whole year before he can even do that. Bryce Underwood to LSU is nowhere near a 100% sure thing at this point. Anyone who thinks otherwise is a complete moron. LSU is in a great spot & is obviously in the lead to land him right now but commitments don't mean a damn thing until that national letter of intent is signed & delivered.

I'm not the only person on the planet with this opinion: LINK

Coaching scheme in the nfl vs college is different.

NFL can be much more complex because it’s their job and you have much less restriction on practice plus guys are more mature for the most part so you can do different things.

College you have extremely limited practice and film time and you can’t really force them to put in extra on their own.

He was more than serviceable in year 1. He sucked in year 2. And he’s fired. Let’s move on and fix this shite.

You don’t often see star quarterbacks flip. We also brought a big back to him. The few teams that could for sure outbid us like Texas have a qb already in place.

Is it 100 percent? No

But most qbs don’t flip
He has a major NiL bag for sure
His prime recruiter is likely to be our next OC

He had the 22nd ranked defense the year before.

You mean the 32nd ranked defense and you are proving the point that he was a lazy recruiter because this year they were not talented, had terrible fundamentals, and had a horrible scheme that didn’t maximize the talent they did have.
He needed to be fired.

All I'm saying is that the celebration is a bit premature. It's not done until the letter of intent is signed and delivered.

In my opinion, if a current coach was getting a promotion to OC, it would have already happened. I'm of the opinion that bk has his eye on a other big name. Just my opinion though.

You mean the 32nd ranked defense
I meant 22nd rank scoring defense. Total defense was 32nd as you stated.

That was my point about Kentucky. He had time for his guys to develop in their scheme because college football was different than then. It is now. Expectations are Kentucky are different than they are at LSU obviously. So he was a successful defensive coordinator at Kentucky. And it was for the reasons I stated. However, college football is different today as I stated, and he’s not changed his coaching style.
