With Flynns limited snaps I dont see any team signing him as "the" starter ala Matt Schaub, Matt Cassell. I have no doubt that there will be interest and he will be in a position to compete for a starting job.

The Bubby Brister Syndrome. NFL Teams are so desparate for a starting QB they will go after anyone who's had a limited amount of success in the NFL.
I was hoping for the Titans but with Harbaugh the 49ers would be good as well

No team can sign him for anything as he is not a free agent.
They can trade for him and then sign him to a longer term deal.
Given what the Seahawks gave up for Charlie Whitehurst, the market has been set at about a second round pick. That is a lot for someone if you aren't sure he is the guy!

I am not a NFL scout so I will not say wether he is or not, butall he does is keep proving people wrong.
