He deserved a better ending. He is all i could think about when the game ended yesterday. Gonna miss having that dude on the mound. Even without his best stuff, always competed and kept you in the game.

Agreed. His stuff is at best Sunday starter to middle reliever, but through his grit and determination was key to LSU’s success this year. Well done Tiger!

The team always got everything he had no matter the circumstances. He has the heart of a tiger.

The biggest part of my disappointment yesterday was that it ended Hilliard’s career. Tip of the cap to him.

Dude gave his EVERYTHING on every pitch. Not blessed with a ton of talent, but used ALL of it everyday.

One of my all time favorites to ever wear the P&G. Dude is 150lbs soaking wet but stands on the mound and competes like he’s the biggest dude out there.

Hilliard will be extremely successful in any endeavor he chooses for the rest of his life. The young man has exceptional grit and tenacity that cannot be taught.

to you Ma'Khail Hilliard. You represented your family and the LSU uniform to the best of your ability and then some.

On my all time favorite Tigers list.

More heart and grit than most teams.

Not always, my friend asked him for a picture before the UT-LSU football game and he said hold on I have to pee and went into the port-o-potty.
