He is just not very gifted. Seems to be a hard worker, leader, and knows the defense, but he’s stiff as a board and gets worked over several times a game.

The file format would still be .GIF, whether was a singular frame or plural frames.
GIF is only the file format.
Animated is when multiple frames are packaged sequentially within the GIF.
