if we only lose the one, how does this class stack up?

The best class Mainieri will have signed in 8 years.

by far and away the best class if we only lose bradley

still have a few to worry about, though...let's form a dynasty, young padawons.

Do whatcha gotta do. Play for the win if you like. I truthfully didn't look at any other picks.

I think Vandy's pitching is about to mow down some teams this week. Always be wary of the team that has quietly made their way into Omaha. They've got the talent, they just have to put it together for 10 days.

The long ball will finally come back into play next season too with the new ball.

We'll have a handful of guys who are 10+ HR capable in a season, Deichmann included.

FWIW, I heard on the radio today that Skip picked TCU after the Regionals.

From what I recall, he wasn't even close to being as vocal about sticking with LSU like Marshall has

quote:

"As afar as I know I'm here to stay unless something changes," Lee said. "Right now I'm going to continue to practice and try to improve my game as much as possible. I know I'm going to have to make a decision sooner or later if they put up an offer or an option. As far as I know I'm here to stay.

"I haven't talked with them or anything. They contacted me to let me know they drafted me. I haven't heard from them since."

I'm still baffled he didn't get drafted, but i know he was super secretly strongly committed to LSU

umm, okay?

"as far as I know I'm here to stay" is lot different than things like #Omaha2015 or "Sorry Astros but I'm sticking with LSU"

I think Bregman will hit 10+ next year

if these new balls really travel about 10-15% further, we could see 60+ HR's as a team

I definitely see a big difference between how Lee handled it. He didn't let on much and had a more business like approach. Mac won't shut up about LSU

If he doesn't come here, Mainieri may scorn him 100 times worse than Les did Gunner Kiel
