LSU's WR's & DB's better expect a physical game from their counterparts

Report says that Clemson WR's were embarrassed by letting OSU DB's be more physical with them. LSU should expect them to push hard on press coverage.
I would expect that the Clemson DB's will be all over LSU's WR's because they know how physical they are. It is going to be a war with the skilled positions.
LSU has the talent to play a physical game making the tough catches & preventing the tough catches, but the WR's & DB's need to be expecting this to be prepared.

They don’t want the ball in Burrow’s hands. The only thing to expect is the run to milk clock. Our DB’s are pro caliber, they’ll be ready anything.

The only way to slow down our WRs is basically to mail them all over.

I think that being more physical with LSU WR’s means playing them up closer and plays in to LSU’s game much more. If Clemson chooses that route then I see some big plays for LSU. Either way, Clemson is in trouble.

Yeah we are supposed to believe that Clemsons WRs, ya know the ones that were disrespected all year long by everyone (Wah). They went into the playoffs against what many were calling the most complete team in college football and they weren't prepared to be physical. What a load of crap. They can try to do whatever they want. They getting the clamps put on them.

That's the same thing Kirby Smart tried when we played UGA for the SEC Championship. Overall it didn't work except for that one time when Chase dropped that pass in the endzone cause the DB had been pulling on his jersey since back at the 10-yard line. Should have been pass interference but it wasn't called. Nonetheless, we still won that game with relative ease.

Let them press hard at the line of scrimmage against our receivers..... And when they win it'll just be that much easier for burrow.

Thank God you brought this up to our fans on this site. Whew, that was a close one bc I really don't think our recievers were going to be ready for press coverage or any physical play in this game. Wow, we truly dodged a bullet here. Thanks man.

I’m pretty sure that all defenses try to get physical with our receivers. This offense is prepared for anything thrown their way.

This LSU team is perfect, so Clemson might as well stay home , because everything we try to do y’all have beat it before .
