It's really sad no part of the stadium is still used for dormitory space. When I was there the entire bowl was made up of dormitories! South Stadium was the "newer" addition and by comparison "upscale" although still inferior to the other unairconditioned men's dormitories of Hodges and Johnston (although on par with the Pentagon Barracks). The east, west and north stadium dormitories were cramped, mouldy, smelly places fit for a 3rd world country.

Double/Triple the size of NEZ scoreboard, expand east and west upper decks to wrap to the new scoreboard. There is room to get 2-3 more sections on both upper decks without interfering with N Stadium Dr.
Also, renovate old dorm facilities to hotel suites. Surely the 14-16 nights a year would allow for a break even. Could charge $1000/room/weekend and people would pay it. Make it an extension to Lod Cook's existing operation.

A more updated version of something like this on top of the North would look great and trap sound
