Defintely not used enough. Remember his freshman year? There is a video of it on Youtube. If they used him as a scat back(see Danny Woodhead/Darren Sproles) then he could have been really effective.
People hyping him as the next Harvin were idiots. Harvin was a pure wr who was very tough. Shep on screens and draws would have been money though. Wonder how good he would be on returns.
