I agree 9 or more

But we'll be just as frustrated. Les will make just as stupid decisions. Talent will be just as wasted.

What does that have to do with his comment?

Give the coach a raise, and you get lowered expectations!

It's the new way of the world!

I see LSU losing to Alabama and Georgia in 2013, possibly Florida and a&m as well.

So im saying 9-3 regular season record, and maybe win the bowl game making them 10-3.

Bama goes back to the national championship game 4/5 years

Because one of the teams on that short list we have to beat every year curb stomped us to the point we were setting some historical lows in performance. So bad that people threw out the 13 wins and have been complaining ever since.

And you know what? We all saw 1/9 coming a MILE away after Lee was benched, tried to warn the pumpers, and were promptly told to go root for another team.

He said we have to win one or two games during the season to play for championships, which is a dumb fricking comment anyways. I said we won those games last year.

You bring up 1/9.

So what does that have to do with his comment or my response to it?

9 is actually setting the bar relatively low. With 4 out of conference games and a bowl game LSU should win a minimum of 10.

UAB/Kent/Furman are gimmes
Arkansas/Ole Miss/Mississippi State/Auburn/TCU are sure wins
UGA/A&M/Florida are games that could be close but LSU should win
Alabama is well always difficult

Don't you realize that's a sign of excellence?

No, that's the sign of good, not excellent. The same could be said for 30 other teams around the country.

6 teams in the SEC have won 10 or more games. If A&M wins, we'll have the 6th best record out of those teams.

I wouldn't sat kent state is a gimmie, they had a decent team this year and you already know les never has the team ready against a lower team. We should win but we can't keep it close like always

Why?

UGA recruits just as well if not better, UF is a 2 time bcs winner and multiple national champion winner and recruits better than LSU. TAMU is an up and comer with a qb that can win games, they are the only legit should win in this argument. Other than that i agree with what you said and LSU is very capable of winning 10 games.

Well only one team wins it all, so every other team has wasted their talent then. LSU isnt the most talented team, plenty of teams with talent and plenty of teams with worse records with equal or better talent.

And what reason do you have to believe we will win any of those 4-5?

List said reasons.

Because who they are losing is more important especially if Murray leaves and they have to break in another QB. Jones is a once in awhile defensive stud and Ogletree is a leader on defense.

Tebow doesn't play for Florida anymore and they don't recruit better it is pretty even.

LSU still has more depth and better balance

You act like we never win more than 7 games.
