For some reason I’m thinking we come out and play a lot better this weekend. We win 2/3 or a Sweep. I think that loss last night was a big time wake up call.

What makes you think this team will win the series let alone sweep? Let’s start being real about this team. They win 1 game.

Also think LSU takes two of three. Sweep not out of the question.

I hope you’re right but I see nothing that makes me believe you will be.

This entire team is in a slump. The offense is atrocious.

We get swept. This team has a lot of issues. Good chance we get swept next week to.

When’s the last time we’ve started conference play with 5 straight series losses?

Be glad JD is injured and will not be able to pitch this weekend. (Vandy pitcher)

For the time being my expectation is zero. Until proven otherwise. It’s a clear mental issue within the locker room. They can either wake up and play with some urgency and pride orrrr keep getting drummed. It’s up to them.

We can’t hit just look at the stats. We may get lucky and win one.

As the old saying goes, "the fastest doesn't always win the race but that is the way to bet." Until LSU proves they can pitch, bat, and play defense, pick them to lose games.

Baseball is a weird game. Obviously wouldn’t be shocked to see them lose the series. But also wouldn’t be surprised to turn things around and win the series. As bad as they’ve looked they’re a few outs/pitches away from being .500 in SEC play.

Youd be broke if you bet like that

I don't love it. I do know it's only a matter of time before this LSU team takes a step forward but I'm not sure it's that time yet. I don't think we get swept at home. I'd also be surprised if we swept Vandy. I'll say LSU gets 2/3 at The Box.

I'm a realist and this team 100% gets swept. They don't have it.

Why would last night be a wake up call but the first 3 SEC series weren’t? Just accept it, this team is mediocre.

The 10 run rule loss to State wasn’t a wake up call. The 10 run rule loss to Florida wasn’t a wake up call.

So… LSU has lost 6 out of their last 7 games played, and 8 out of their last 11, but you think the Southern loss was a wake up call, while the other 8 losses in this horrible stretch weren’t. Gotcha.
