I agree. It would have been at least 3 touchdowns.

not bullshite. you won one game, relax. texas showed how good they were all year. yall turned it on for the bowl game, and played sick. doesnt make you a great fricking team. texas had 12 wins.

i never said we were a great frickin team. i said that the LSU team that showed up for the chik fil a bowl would have beaten the Texas team that showed up for the Fiesta bowl.

Texas did not show up for that game, nor were they prepared. They were almost embarrassed by Ohio State.

and we actually won 8 games this year, not one.

how were they almost embarassed? they won. even if they lost, what was embarassing about a possible 4 point lost in a bcs bowl?

Consider the matchups. LSU had a horrible secondary and GT runs the ball 90 percent of the time. Advantage LSU. Good QB's destroyed LSU all year. McCoy would have shredded LSU's weak secondary.

Ohio State has a very good pass defense (and defense as a whole). And it's not like LSU is better than OSU anyway.

LSU would have beaten either team by 40, and JJ would have proven to those sub par QB's he should have won the Heisman!

I know. How DARE UT loses to a 10-2 team by 4.

OSU plays in the Big 10. anytime they play against a decent team outside the Big 10 they man handled.

They could beat both. JJ would wreck shop on them.

Sarcasm? I won't tell.

We would have rolled Texas by two TD's. And almost losing to the Buckeyes is downright humiliating no matter how you spin it.

LSU vs. the top offense in the country led by a Heisman QB or

LSU vs. the 2nd best offense in the country also led by a Heisman QB and which already bestroyed LSU by 30 points.

No to both.

No.

So you guys are saying that even if LSU played to its utmost potential they still would get laughed off the field?

I thought LSU was pretty talented. Not as much as these teams?

Sure, but not with Malveto. Plus their QBs are way better right now.

Just because we rolled a one-dimensional option team doesn't make us national championship contenders. Did you watch the Chicken Bowl. There were GT receivers running wide open; their QB just couldn't hit the broad side of a barn.

Just be happy we played inspired and hired some good defensive coaches to hopefully right this ship for next year.
