We are in Section T. Getting there Tuesday. Bluebird Cafe on Tues night. Taking a day trip to the Ark Encounter. Loveless Cafe is a must. Going to Grand Ole Opry Friday night. Love Nashville! Geaux Tigers!

Just so you guys are aware 440 at I65 will be shut down that weekend. If you are staying downtown not an issue other that carry over traffic.

Yeah, I wasn't happy about paying $370/night at the embassy suites
They also have a food & wine fest but I didnt know about the convention. The first person who tries to sell me amway or melaleuca while i the hotel pool is getting cannon-balled on

We are coming in Friday morning and are wondering the same thing! Baby free weekend for the first time in awhile and wanting to tailgate or go somewhere fun before the game for some drinks!

11am kickoff seals us not going. Lame excuses, but just can't navigate the game plus volleyball, kid football, kid baseball, and a cub scout event. I probably won't even get to watch it live. Super. Thanks pointless morning game. Going to be has as F there too.

We are in section R. Thought about parking in holiday inn parking lot, but it says valet parking. Can we park in an open lot there and tailgate?

yeah, definitely cheaper once you get away from downtown but we wanted to go out that night and didnt want to drive so it was more a convenience thing. Walk to/from the game then stay close to the hotel pretty much all day.

I seriously doubt this. LSU has shown little ability to occupy distant opponents' stadia, unlike their brethren from Georgia, Bama and Kentucky.
