LSU's OOC schedule is going to be exciting over the next few years.

2018 - Miami (Arlington)
2019 - @ Texas
2020 - Texas (Tiger Stadium)
2021 - @ UCLA

Where did you think UCLA plays their games?

Not to nit pick, but the title of the article when you open in it, reads "Football Adds 2021 Game versus McNeese State."

Maybe I'm biased, but I think a better headline would discuss LSU opening the season on the road at the Rose Bowl.

But yeah, I guess you're trying to grab headlines, so better to lead with McNeese State.

Should we assume LSU OC games are home and homes? Recent history would TOTALLY support that.

Rose Bowl has been the site since this game was announced 3 years ago

The Tigers travel to Pasadena, Calif., at the Rose Bowl on Sept. 4, 2021. The Bruins will make the return trip to Tiger Stadium on Aug. 31, 2024.

I guess we, LSU fans, should celebrate any news even though it is a 3 years old news.

Its the first away game I've truly wanted to go to. Grew up there and my sister and best friends all went to UT (weird ones went to TAMU). Gotta get a ticket.

I was talking to some friends the other day about how many LSU will end up with.

UT hosted Notre Dame in 2016 in what many people thought was one of the biggest games in that stadiums history and with capacity of over 100,000K ND got allotted 5,000 tix. ND had alot of success on the secondary market which is going to be the only shot for ALOT of LSU fans.

You should check recent LSU season openers vs. "name" competition ! I would not hold my breath on ANY of the previously announced big games, actually being home/home !

LSU to open 2021 football season in Rose Bowl Stadium

No chance. It'll be transitioned to a sponsored kick off game at the Rams/Chargers new stadium.

They announced this years ago. I just hope they don't end up cancelling it. Can't wait to go to this game.
