Sweet but it's too abstract for anyone who is not an LSU fan. Without the LSU logo most would not know what the hell it is.

Well I live here in the Baton Rouge area, so I think everyone will know what it is. But yeah, you out of state guys outside the SEC area might have people wondering WTF. So get the one that just says LSU.

Needs to be easier to apply. You have to paint dots, the connect the dots when you remove the stencil. In the "how to paint tutorial" it looks like it would take an hour to complete.

Jesus, people will bitch about anything I guess. It a fricking 90" Eye of The Tiger. Something like that shouldn't take 10 minutes.

Yeah, and you also have to make sure you get the colors right (is the white in the middle or just on the outside?) Which requires alot of thought. Plus, you may have to actually cut your grass before applying the paint. And Lord knows how long that might take. And since you are cutting your grass that probably means you will have to weed-eat. At this point the effort, along with the time consumption and the thought process involved.......I'd definitely just scrap the whole idea.

Figures. Having opinions is terible. But from a marketing stand point, if you actually go READ the tutorial, it could be easier.

Just giving you a hard time, no insult intended. But I'm sure they made it as easy as possible. Our eye logo is probably harder than the average logo. But I don't care, I'll enjoy doing it, no matter how long it takes.

For the people saying "Nobody will know what that is"
here's an idea....
take the can of purple paint and spray "L S U" in big letters under the tiger eye.
what a bunch of flipping morons. sheesh.

Yeah but that stencil sucks - you can pretty easily make a respectable looking "LSU" without a stencil and save yourself the $85 after s/h.
The tiger eye is worth it though IMHO. If I lived in the burbs and had a yard, I couldn't think of a better way to annoy the GF or wife than by applying that stencil every September

I kind of thought the same thing, maybe just have 2 separate stencils, 1 for purple, 1 for gold and then just fill in with the white.
