...uhhh...hey, genius...you can't evacuate on the friggin' day the storm is hitting. Ya need at least a 2 day head start. Sat. night is too close for comfort...

I would like to add one to this....
The wasted money spent by the DOTD to pay for 4444's salary could be better used to pay for more troopers assisting in the evacuation. He apparently has nothing better to do than sit on his computer all day cruising the internet!
