Edit: in either scenario, Poche will be pitching in game 1 or 2. Mainieri won't chance Poche not pitching in his final Alex Box series.

I guess we will see how bad CPM wants to win then. There's no way he can't see what's consistently been right in front of his face all season. He will be playing with hot fire if he is seriously going to pull the old Les Miles I'll be loyal to my senior no matter who has actually been playing the best routine.

I don't think that's necessarily true. How many times this year did LSU lose game 1 of a series only to be saved by Poche?

The more pressing issue is will Paul have the balls (brains) to move Walker ahead of Poche in Omaha. And will he try & save Lange for Oregon State in game 2.
