quote:

LSU's substance abuse policy contains the words Bahnsen used, "permanently ineligible," on page nine under "Third Violation" of a drug test. It says, "If institutional drug testing reveals the existence of drugs at any time, permanent ineligibility to participate at LSU will result."

Keywords: "permanent ineligiblity". Sucks, but in writing.

Yeah, he would be, for an entire year. At every school. He could then seek reinstatement. Bahnsen trying to make our policy stricter than every other school in the entire country makes NO SENSE. They just want him gone. fricking compliance and Alleva bullshite.

He's ineligible for the 2012 season.

According to the policy, he could come back in 2013

Its no surprise that LSU follows the state of Louisiana by having some of the strictest marijuana laws in the country
