Yes...this is part of it. However, the most accurate portrayal of my feelings about the Spring Game come from a poster above who said:

LSU has never packed a stadium for a spring game no matter the season before. I am glad that I have more going on in my life and in my state to where I can find something else to do besides watch a glorified practice.

I took my son to a spring game a couple years ago. Because he was little, they let us go and walk down right above the sidelines. It was hot as balls, so we only stayed for a half. He had a snocone--I have a nice memory.
I wouldn't make it a yearly thing probably, but let's get off that high horse thinking you're too good to go to a spring game. And I don't believe you're really an LSU fan if you won't at least watch it on TV. I call bullshite all up on that nonsense.
