Pretty reasonable recap. Only thing I took exception to was the part about "4-2 in the SEC not being where LSU wanted to be". After playing Auburn away and Georgia at home, 4-2 looks pretty good to me.

4-2 is actually a great spot. Auburn might be our toughest SEC series by far and we took one game, we should have taken 2 but we played well though. What I am encouraged by is how the bottom of the lineup is capable of putting up numbers and being just as productive. Serrett should have another homerun but was just unlucky. Andrews just continues to grow at the plate and on defense. She actually has taken better first steps to the ball hit out to her in LF. If you would have told me Jaquish and Springfield were 0-whatever I would have never thought this team would have swept.

Pitching did look like it was back to post season elite form. Defense looked smooth and confident which was nice. Looking forward to getting the bats going again this week. I feel like its only a matter of time before Jaquish and Springfield go on a hitting rampage.
