Shame on LSU if the kid was not firm on his commitment. I've never heard of this happening before, wow brutal.

I would think signing financial aid papers to attend a school would mean you had every intention of going to that school. Shane on LSU? Besides Vandy, we have to be the cleanest school in the sec, yet our own compliance office keeps reporting sanctions. While other schools straight up buy players then just deny it until it goes away.

If we can't beat them, join them. I'd tell a locked up commitment from LA every year to accept that offer from Bama. When they start visiting on dead days, "sorry coach I had a change of heart. I want to be a Tiger. Good luck with your compliance department."

It looks to me that the athlete involved should be the one that pay's the piper. He's the one who commited and then backed away Surely king saban would't have anything to do with this.

What a miserable fat frick for re-tweeting anything. I'd wish him an injury but I'd rather the troll never see the field.

LSU should leave the SEC

LSU gets zero respect as one of the cornerstone programs of the SEC, and that's the way it's always going to be.

Tigers could rock in the Big 12.

frick the SEC after this shite. No more conference loyalty for me. I only pull for LSU now. Any other SEC team I hope the Big 10 kills them.

The system is screwed up. Womack changed his mind and retroactively got LSU in trouble

Right. So I'm driving 55 mph in a 55 mph zone. A month later they change the speed limit to 40 mph and send me a ticket for last month's speeding? Amazing!

You cannot be serious!? Just plain silly on both counts.

The regulation is apparently clear about signing FAA, enrolling, etc. but how this was handled and enforced is the issue isn't it? Appeal will be submitted.
