If we play them on that date we should split the fricking gate/revenue. That's the only way I would do it unless they figured out a way to pay south alabama. I understand we would have a tough stretch but we may need this game to be played if we have a shot at the sec championship. In that case we would have to figure out something. If indeed that ends up being the case then frick the revenue for the south alabama game and we have to get the florida game in, period.

Any rant attorneys?! Can loss of revenue insurance kick in if the game was canceled purposely? Seeing a lot about that on the Twitter. I'm not sure how those contracts work.

If I part of the LSU administration, the only way I'd even remotely consider this is if the SEC agrees to pay the opponent buyouts, and this is a night game in Tiger Stadium.

I would love nothing more then to play Florida on November 19. I would love to kick florida's arse on the road then to watch boring arse south alabama at home. I live for the big games and now I have to wait to watch lsu play southern miss next week. We have this week off and another before alabama. That is 2 weeks of rest if we can play bama, arkansas, florida, and texas am. With coach O we have shorter practices and his motto is to keep our players fresh. I hate we can't play this week because florida is pussy to play in a nuetral site but I hope we play later in the season and I would love to beat them on their field. I know the players would rather play a big game on the road against florida then at home against south alabama. Coach hO will have the players ready. I just can't understand how georgia and South Carolina can get this shite right but lsu and florida can't.

Yeah I agree with you. Either way it's going to hurt us, lost revenue, fatigue, probably both. Even if we get the game in it will hurt us one way or another. It's bullshite that florida used their home team leverage to screw lsu like this. It's really pathetic. Like is said, if it comes down to us getting to atlanta or not, we need to take our lick and play the game. Lsu should be playing florida this weekend at tiger stadium. There was plenty of time to get this shite organized.
