great idea, Payton could come in:

Steal any pain meds around the locker room
repeatedly lie to the NCAA
and Screw a handful of our cheerleaders

Then he would have fricked up the Saints and LSU

SU should hire Sean Payton
Would keep him in football in LA and he could come in as a OC consultant for a year.
Excellent idea

Oh I'm sure the school would welcome all the negative attention.

Les didn't seem to mind the negative attention of bringing JJ back

Sean Payton will be too busy running the Saints offense from his living room.

Is there any way that LSU would risk donor/media/fan backlash by condoning cheating and lying? This is not an "everyone deserves a second chance" situation. You only get that after you "do the time." After Payton does the time, he'll be back with the Saints.

Oh, I think there are many LSU fans who are also Saints fans and think the NFL is going out of their way to make an example of Payton since they've been getting so much heat from the press over concussions.

This is more of an attack on Brees than Peyton. They are using SP as a tool to punish Brees for convincing the players to hold out and not allow an 18 game season. NFL wouldn't care if SP worked for LSU this season. It is not likely to happen though.

So LSU would hire him for 1 year, the players would have to learn his offense, an NFL offense at that, only to have to learn a completely new offense in 2013. Yea ok

This is the answer to why I don't want him here.

Also don't care for the idea of bringing in a guy that would only be here because he is suspended from his other job.

Yes, the NFL hates Drew Brees...he is the sole reason there was a lockout.

Is that foil uncomfortable on your head?
